A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated 2 hour PSHE lesson which serves as an introduction to buying vs renting property, the option of social housing and how to decide whether to rent or buy a car. The lesson goes into detail about the advantages and disadvantages of buying and renting and also allows students to explore the UK housing crisis.
This lesson best is suited to KS5 or KS4. There is nothing unsuitable for KS3, but you’d have to break down some of the concepts.

NEW 2024 - One hour lesson introducing the concept of budgeting with all the templates needed for students to create a working budget plan. Students will first discover what budgeting, sources of income and outgoings are, before investigating why it’s important to budget and studying a sample budgeting plan from an average teenager. Finally they will create their own. Includes lesson plan.

An RSE lesson created to cover the PSHE Association’s 2020-24 guidelines for KS3/4:
**How to determine whether other children, adults or sources of information are trustworthy: judge when a family, friend, intimate or other relationship is unsafe (and to recognise this in others’ relationships); and, how to seek help or advice, including reporting concerns about others, if needed. The lesson is best suited to KS3. **
Students will investigate what we mean by trust, how to recognise when we can trust someone and will investigate what they would do in different situations by exploring real-life case studies. All answers are included. The lesson is entirely editable. It covers the DfE and PSHE Association guidance for 2020-24 and will last you one hour. Lesson plan included.

Kindness KS1 PSHE lesson.
A one-hour long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS1. This lesson has been created for Year 2, however, the activities are fully editable and could easily be adapted for both younger (Year 1) or older students (Year 3).
In this lesson, the children will learn about kindness and the impact it has on others. The students will reflect on Kindness Grows by Britta Teckentrup, before completing a series of kindness themed activities linked to the text.

2 HOURS - A fully-resourced, 2 hour lesson which investigates the concepts of free speech and hate speech. Students will explore the UK’s hate speech laws in comparison to other countries and examine contemporary news events where free speech has been used as an excuse for hate speech, such as the YouTuber, ‘PewDiePie’ and his antisemitic ‘pranks’.
This lesson is great for PSHE (investigating bigoted language) or for Citizenship, to examine UK laws in an interesting way, or as part of a Human Rights unit. The lesson is most suitable or KS4 / KS5 (but there is nothing unsuitable for KS3) and is editable, so easy to adapt for your own PSHE planning.

1 hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for upper KS2 or lower KS3 all about asking for help and advice on both matters which may seem trivial, but also following gut feelings when you feel someone could be in danger or being hurt. A brand new 2024 lesson all about how we can decrease stress levels and improve our exam performance. It focuses on what students should be doing and what they should avoid doing and why on the lead up to exams, with many easy and practical ideas that any student can implement.
This has been created to cover the DfE and PSHE Association guidance for 2020-24 and will last you at least one hour. Everything is editable. Includes lesson plan and the written scheme of work that this lesson is taken from.
Activities are scaffolded, there is a detailed and colourful PowerPoint, clip tasks, partnered tasks, worksheets, literacy tasks, detailed information pack, signposting to further help agencies and charities, clear outcomes and also progress measurers. Includes optional assessment sheet.
